Longevity & Exposure

As an annual magazine, readers travelling by boat or car keep the SunCruiser guides close by and refer to them frequently during the year. The grid system, based on a one-minute line of Latitude and Longitude, is a unique feature belonging only to SunCruiser. Readers use the grid system to mark their favorite fishing, crabbing, prawning, on shore attractions, SCUBA diving sites or rendezvous locations on the charts. The longer a publication is kept, the more a message from an advertiser is seen and read, increasing the value of advertising expenditures. Advertisers have told us how useful the guides have been to answer questions and pinpoint areas of interest for their clients.

Readership & Distribution

Now available at the Seattle and Vancouver Boat Shows
For 2011 there will be 40,000 copies of the West Coast & Islands • 20,000 copies of the Okanagan • 20,000 copies of the Shuswap and 10,000 copies of the Kootenay SunCruiser Cruising Guides. Since readers and their friends refer to the SunCruiser guides numerous times, readership is much higher than you would receive from a daily or monthly publication. SunCruiser is distributed free through Yacht Clubs, marinas, boat dealers, chandlers, tourist offices, advertisers and other high exposure outlets.

Endorsement

Canadian Coast Guard, Canadian Power & Sail Squadrons and Canadian Hydrographic Service endorse SunCruiser as a valuable safety guide and one that all readers should keep and use — saying, 'It will help contribute to the reduction of the number of fatalities on thewaters'. They know that their information in our guides will reach and be retained by readers throughout the year.
